Thursday Dec. 15th, Reza Pahlavi announced in a press conference in Paris that he is asking the united nations to bring Iran’s supreme leader before the International Criminal Court on charges of crimes against humanity.
Reza Pahlavi is one the opposition leaders that has been for a regime change in Iran since over three decades. He sees Ali Khamenei himslef responsible for all human right abuses since decades in Iran.
Since the fraud elections in summer 2009, the Iranian people broke 30 years of silence and poured into the streets to demonstrate, their frustration and their great will for a regime change, to the world.
Although the regime was successfull in making them pull back for the time being, but iranians won't give up no matter how strong the repressions are, they are waiting for the right moment. This is the quiet before the storm!
In order to bring this regime to it's knees and achieve a regime change, there is no need for violation. The key is in a civil disobedience and the unity of all Iranians, says Reza Pahlavi.
Nowadays we observe more and more Iranians supporting him and his vision for a free Iran. Mostly amoung the younger generation he is getting very popular.
No matter what political point of view, Iranians are ready for a change. a free referendum in order to decide over Iran's future. If it is going to be a constitunional monarchie or a secular and democratic republic in Iran, is not todays debate. fact is that most Iranians agree that having a parliamentary, democratic and secular regime, is the only way of bringing peace not only to iran but also to the whole region.
